As I get more and more jealous over AtholK’s pictures, Larry Cragun’s $300,000 or less homes…I stayed up all night trying to find “my feature.” Couldn’t bear to do yet another blog canvas of posts I had read for the week. Needed something else…so here it is…the first installment of “I’d Live There.”
Christine posted this amazing Lloyd Neck property a few weeks ago. Listed by Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty - who wouldn’t live in this sprawling, 22,000 sqaure foot home situated on almost 50 acres? Heck – that’s plenty room for all our kids. Now if I could only find that $60M I left in my jeans pocket…I had better hurry – Jay’s already hooked on the crow’s nest feature of the house!
LOL April I feel your pain about wanting a hook post. I spent months looking at cuteoverload.com and screaming into pillows because those guys just post a picture of a kitten and get a hundred comments.
When I posted my first bad photo post it was simply a single post. No intent to make it into a series. Just completely accidental that it happened that way.
It’s good choice that you’re using a picture post, thats vital I think for a hook series.
My other thought is that it needs to be daily if at all possible. That is a lot of work for some posts though.
Keep it up April, it will come.
Daily? We’ll have to see…maybe if folks will send me some incredible listings so I don’t have to go searching for them – maybe…

Yeah daily seems to be the kicker April. Consider that “everyone” has done a “here’s a list of links to cool stuff” posts. I do it every day so it’s reliable.
Lots of people have posted “LOL look at this picture” of a bad MLS photo. I just do it everyday.
The pool… I’m drooling over the pool. Forget the house! LOL
